O aquecimento não funcionava. Tentei contactar a receção mas ninguém atende a partir das 22h. Apesar de estarmos em agosto, estava bastante frio e ficamos constipados. O check in é feito noutro local, mas não enviaram qualquer informação prévia e só quando chegámos ao alojamento e telefonamos é que nos informaram.

As always Regina by the ariver is the best choice for Soelden.

Appartement neuf et très spacieux. Très propre et confortable. Si on avait pu, on serait resté plus longtemps. Très calme avec parking privé.

Casita con todo lo necesario

Very nice apartment, it seemed larger than on the photos. The building looks renewed. Views from the balcony were amazing. Very clean as well, comfortable beds.

I received a message from the property an hour before arriving that we actually need to check in and pick up the keys at a different building located 4kms away! I haven’t checked the messages since the morning so we were very confused when we arrived. The lady at the reception wasn’t very friendly. The worst part however was the parking - it’s located underground and you need to take a car lift which is extremely narrow and very hard to get into from the street. After it goes down, there is almost no space to maneuver the 2 turns and park in the designated space. Very easy to scratch the car. I do not recommend staying here if you are planning daily trips with own car. Also I wish we knew earlier about the possibility of using wellness facilities at the other buildings - this was included in the price but the offer did not mention anything like that.
