the location is right in the middle of everything. the house is very very cozy. the tools in the kitchen are perfect. very clean. hostess is great. answered our every question. great appliances like oven stove washing machine toast maker.

Beautiful and cozy house, fully equipped to host a family or group of 6-7 people, conveniently located near the Flachau village, friendly and helpful host.

A humble suggestion to keep some coffee powder and sugar in the kitchen, for guests arriving late and unprepared like us 😀

The location is very convenient, close to Wagrain, close the the lift 8er - between Wagrain and Flachau. The bed was very comfortable, well equipped kitchen and wonderful we could stayed longer on departure as there we no new guests coming. The furniture of the living room and kitchen was very nice, good lights, good TV to watch World Cup, Easy to relax.

The gas boiler in the ground floor apartment was quite noisy, but ok when the doors to both sleeping rooms were closed. I personally do not like most of the pillows in Austria as they are simply too big and too fat - usually bring my own to Austria.
