Villa Ganzstein

Very nice and quiet location. The apartment is very clean, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom. Basically you have everything you should need and maybe some extras too :) The host is very nice, replies very quickly to all demands! Overall, an excellent experience!

Honestly, there is nothing we disliked.

The communication was excellent – especially helpful as we had never used an electric, app-operated door before. All our questions and requests were answered within minutes. The rooms are modern and very well equipped. The wide range of kitchen utensils was impressive – almost overwhelming in the best possible way. The beds are comfortable, and parking is well organized. Our dog was even welcomed with prepared food, which was an exceptional and thoughtful gesture we have never experienced anywhere else.

If you book multiple rooms, it helps to decide in advance who will stay in which room. Before our arrival, we didn’t know which room had three beds, so we requested the access codes for our phones without assigning them to specific rooms. We sorted it out later, and the correct guest was able to access the room from another phone, but it did cause some initial confusion. The windows are only covered by shutters - if you want to wake up in the dark in the morning, you should be prepared for that. Mürzzuschlag has a pleasant small town center, although the railway line running through it strongly shapes the town’s layout. A bigger issue is the limited number of dining options in the evenings – on Sunday, for example, we had to drive to Spital for dinner. That said, for those visiting for skiing, dining at the mountain huts after a day on the slopes is always an option, and of course the apartment kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals.

Nagyon praktikus szuperül felszerelt szálláshely ha síelnél pár napot. Minden fantasztikus volt, Nagyon jól ki tudtuk használni az itt töltött időnk minden percét. A hátsó udvarban jól lehet parkolni. Van vízforraló kapszulás kávéfőző, elektromos sütő, mikró hűtő, fagyasztó mosogatógép, stb... Béccsel ellentétben a csapvíz tiszta és finom ízű. A távolról vezérelt ajtónyitók egy App on keresztül a telefonra letöltve bluetooth on keresztül üzemeltethefőek. Bitang jó !!!

A sítárolóban a csizmákat nem tudta a melegítő rendszer kiszárítani, nedvesek és hidegek maradtak reggelre. Aztán ezt második naptól már a hajszárítóval tudtuk orvosloni. A Tv re jó lett volna kitükrözni a telefonokat ez egy jó opció lehetne fejlesztésre.

Pěkná lokalita, klidné prostředí, rychlá a dobrá komunikace s hostitelem, čistota a klid v celém areálu. I když je ubytování blízko kolejí, nebylo v noci nic slyšet. Otevírání dveří pro vstup je přes aplikaci AirKay a vše fungovalo dobře bez sebemenšího problému.

Chladnější WC (hodně studená podlaha a místnost). Hlučnější lednice a měkcí matrace.
