Eine der nettesten Wohnungen die wir je gemietet haben und vor allem eine der nettesten und zuvorkommendsten Vermieterinnen. Margit kam extra nachfragen ob uns auch warm genug ist und hat die Heizung wärmer eingestellt weil ich so erkältet war. Sehr ruhig gelegen, sehr sauber, geräumig, mit wunderschönem Garten. Ganz nah von Passau und Schärding aber auch nicht weit von Aschach.

Wir fanden unseren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung richtig toll! Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis war mehr als gut. Absolut zu empfehlen!

"Excellent host and lovely decoration but would need upgrades / work."

Lots of space, very nice and friendly host

A bit damp and smelled of cigarette smoke, was very lovely decorated but wasn't in great shape. Electric sockets loose, lacking finishes / covers. Very nicely done for an old house but not our favourite and would not book again.
