Gerlitzen, Gerlitzen Alpe, Residenz Kanzelhöhe, Ossiacher See

Ich habe zehn Tage in der Unterkunft verbracht und mich dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist im liebevollen Landstil aus Holz eingerichtet, geräumig und gemütlich. Auch meine Haustiere und ich haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Praktisch fand ich, dass ein Staubsauger vorhanden war, sodass man die Räume jederzeit selbst sauber halten konnte. Das Auto steht sicher in der Tiefgarage und ist so bestens vor Witterung geschützt. Die Lage ist großartig – ideal zum Wandern, mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Wichtig zu wissen: Die Unterkunft ist über eine Mautstraße erreichbar, aber durch die Gästekarte, die man vor Ort bekommt, ist die Durchfahrt problemlos möglich. Man sollte sich bewusst sein, dass man hier ohne Auto nicht auskommt. Auch im Sommer bietet die Region viele Möglichkeiten, die Natur zu genießen, nicht nur im Winter. Für mich war es ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt, den ich sehr gerne weiterempfehle.

The host Dina was great, gave us all the information before and was helpful upon arrival. Great self service shop in the building, has everything you need. Ski in ski out if there are good snow conditions. Apartment clean and cozy, fully stocked with everything (bonus for the nespresso coffee machine). Also Waldschenke Edelweiss restaurant recommended by Dina was great! (they are reservations only so check ahead).

The location is beautiful and the slopes are connected by a ski path both ways. The kitchen was amazingly stocked and really compact, the bathroom is one of the best I've seen, and the beds are comfortable.

Kanzelhöhe itself is really isolated, it's a long car drive to the nearest shop, pharmacy (or really anything) besides the ski resort.

A good equipped appartment with a beautiful view of the Carinthian landscape and the Alps. It's a good choice for every time of the year. The beds were comfy. The towels were very soft. Would recommed for a group of 4 adults or a family with 2 children.
