Chalet an der Piste

It was an amazing stay in this chalet. Everything was perfect. Location is great with an outstanding view. Everything you need is available in the chalet starting with full kitchen, three bathrooms (two with showers) play ground. Very well equipped chalet. The host is great and very helpful and responsive.

مكان رائع لاتتردد في حجزه اطلالته جميله جدا على كابرون والمكان يأجر دور علوي و دور سفلي ليس الكوخ بالكامل عموما المكان جميل جدا لاتترد في حجزه اربع غرف نوم وثلاث دورات مياه وغرفة غسيل ملابس والمواقف مجانا

لايوجد شطافات في دورات المياه وايضا الدرج طويل جدا في حمل الشنط والاغراض واتمنى لو يوفرون بطاقة زيلامسي الصيفيه

The property was well-prepared and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The space was not only clean but also organized, providing a great environment to relax. Highly recommended!

Our stay was wonderful at the accommodation in all aspects - the view was beautiful, the space and the services within the accommodation were great, and, most importantly, the cleanliness was top-notch. I would classify it as the best accommodation I have stayed in during my four years in Austria. I must not forget to thank Mr. Arjan for his services and the facilitations he provided for us up until the last minute at the accommodation. I am happy to return to the accommodation again for sure.

Great panoramic view on mountains if you chose ground floor

Bad facilities - there is no washing machine, a lot of broken little things. Over control by house owner - 1000 euro of cash deposit, check of shirts clearness etc.

The best part about this apartment is the location and view, the view is amazing you can see Kaprun from the top, the mountains, river and a glimpse of zell am see. Also it has 3 toilets which is good for a big family. There’s a shared washing machine and dryer in the lower floor.

- No trash bags - Not enough toilet paper (one for 4 nights) - Not enough dishwasher soap (only 4 pieces for the four days we’re staying, even though its an apartment and we cook every meal inside the house) - The house is in general not very clean, the floor and bed linen is dirty and there are a lot of insects around the windows - We had to open the window at night because it was hot but insects kept coming inside disturbing our sleep - We had to pay 1000€ for deposit although we stayed at much more clean and modern houses and they didn’t take 1€ deposit, of course it was returned at our departure but honestly the amount of the deposit is ridiculous, thought I’m staying at a mansion but it was a very normal apartment - There are stairs to reach to the apartment so it will be difficult for people who have many luggage like us
