The most stunning location on Hastings Street. Balcony view was amazing. Very spacious apartment

The unit requires general maintenance. Very tired decor and beds. Bathrooms need a revamp and the showers flooded constantly Main bathroom door is in dire need of repair. Kitchen is fine but there weren’t any salad bowls or serving platters. Felt like you were in someone’s home as most cupboards and drawers were locked. Only given one flimsy bath towel each which was replaced once during stay. For a five star location and price, the experience was lacking. Jacaranda pool and grounds were immaculate and could not fault that.

The location is excellent and it’s lovely and quiet facing away from Hastings street.

The place is quite dated and really could do with a fresh lick of paint and a good clean. Ensemble bed should really have a valance or something to cover the aged base. The master bathroom has alfoil covering some leaking outlet. Parking is a nightmare if you have a big car. Extremely tight and next to no area to turn. No lift for those that struggle with stairs.

Fantastic location. My family and I had a wonderful stay and couldn't be any more satisfied with our rental. The proximity to the main beach and town center added to the fact that the amenities were excellent and well maintained made it very special.

Great position and the river views were spectacular, especially at sunset

We had some issues on arrival when the key got stuck in the door and we couldn't remove it. Contacted the rental agent and they had someone onsite almost immediately to fix the issue and supply an alternate key.

Location, large entertaining deck, view, spacious kitchen/living. Excellent value

Furniture, fittings and bedding pretty tired. Door on second bathroom is stiff and difficult to close. We stayed 6 nights and there were only 2 dishwashing tabs which meant we had to pay $20 for a bottle of dishwashing powder that we had to leave behind.

When we collected the keys from the office of Noosa Holiday Rentals we were informed that the air conditioning unit was not working, with 30 deg heat then and forcasted for the next few days, we were not happy. In lou of this we were offered 1 days rent refund which turned out to be $199 short of the daily rent. We also found that the range hood did not work, the 4 piece toaster would only cook 2 pieces at a time and the cover on the ensuite skylight needs securing into place. The carport for number 12 Jackaranda has limited turning space and can only be accessed by a very small car.
