Great location, clean and large rooms, lots of fresh towels, new aircon for the whole apartment

Could remove the old/stained spare pillows from cupboards. The bathroom drains may need a good clean, strong smell when we would come back into the apartment. New tv system seemed to only work if you had Netflix or other accounts - no free tv. All small things that are easily fixed.

Great location , very good 2 bedroom premises , highly recommended

A few admin issues that were sorted out

Nice and roomy. Good kitchen facilities. Excellent television access in both bedrooms and lounge room (including Netflix). Very clean. Nice big rooms (especially bathroom). Excellent local guides and information provided. Bottle of bubbles provided. Excellent quality aircon and ceiling fans.

Lounge not very comfy and no little tables to put things on when sitting on lounge. No view. Quite a few stairs to carry luggage up. Not within walking distance to clubs/restaurants/cafes/shops. However suited our purpose of attending a birthday celebration at the Bribie Is. Hotel (next door).

Everything. Especially the complimentary wine, bottled water and milk.

Kitchen utensils were missing a pair of scissors.

Amount of cleaning products, location, brightness. Pool area was great. Lovely and quiet. Easy access to garage. The bottle of wine in the fridge was an awesome touch. Will be looking at returning next year.

We ran out of hot water for showers everyday, very small hot water cylinder. The pool was very cold.
