Stairs difficult with heavy suitcases, it this is a minor complaint that would not stop us staying again

"Best location and accommodation"

Location was great. Easy walk to amazing restaurants and harbour. We stayed on top floor so there was a few steps up. Very clean, great set up in every room. Beds were large and comfy. Kitchen well set up. Bathroom had shower and bath. Would stay again. Just around corner: Jackson and McRoss great bakery. Best ever lamington. Ozus for breakfast and coffee. Best Coffee. Da Angelo amazing Italian.

"Picture perfect views out every window."

View's and position

Couldn't get underfloor heating working in bathroom, TV is in a weird position a bit high and above dining table. Would love a comfy arm chair in place of the cream couch. Love the place though. Noisy windows but door stops work.

Big comfy bed. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely bathroom and location was spot on.

The lighting in the lounge area was too dim for us. Could do with a standard lamp?

"We'll be back: this place was everything we wanted."

Location is why we chose this property: easy walk to CBD or Sandy Bay, lovely restaurants and cafes very close by. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was amazing (the shower head is A++). Host was very accommodating in leaving extra bedding to convert the twin room into a king when my colleague took the room over from my kids.

It was very windy and the windows rattled a lot, as well as letting the breeze in. Can imagine it would be quite chilly in Winter.

Lovely original well kept building. Having a bath was great

It was difficult having stairs to access but that can’t be changed - need to really highlight that it’s not good for anyone who struggles with steps
