Unit in need of update & repairs … had its good points but a lot needs doing to it… only one fob

Location and size of the property

A bit of general wear and tear, like floor boards in the hallway. But wasn't a big deal at all.

Location was fabulous overlooking Lake Wallis Spacious, well equipped, clean. Comfortable beds Great view from balcony. Watched dolphins swim past. Even had a tawny frog mouth Owl join us on the balcony one night

The veiw was amazing and close to everything we needed.

I have been coming to Forster for ten years and ive stayed at hotels, motels, water front properties, rentals ect and this apartment tops them all off it was the best out of them all and did not want to leave. From the amenities provided to the cleanliness and the location it was truly paradise. The biggest gem was the cabinet draws full of dvds and board games this touch was perfect for my family to bond and spend quality time together. There is no wifi but I am with Optus and was able to hotspot all devices including the tv and reception was not an issue. The view off the balcony and that wooden bench is what sold me to book this unit and I couldn’t wait to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the serenity it was pure bliss all day long.

There is nothing that I did not like.

Location was great - easy walk to local shops. 2 bathrooms as well as washing machine and dryer is a massive plus for our family of 5! Lots of goodies available to use (e.g board games, books to read, sand toys, fishing rods). Bar table outside made for a lovely place to enjoy a drink or a crossword :)

Only thing was my mother in law tripped up the step at the door as it was higher than expected.
