Location and views were amazing ! Dated but comfortable and beds comfy. Got washing detergent which was a bonus.

Having to provide linen was annoying. Most of the buzzers for the garage didn’t work and only one fob so ended up being locked out at one point from garage late in evening. You need to replace all of the garage batteries.

Some additional information about the parking arrangements would have been helpful.

Being charged an additional payment fee of $20.86 by the Lifestyle Group who manage the property and its availability through Booking.Com who clearly state the all up and final price on the listing and state there will be no further charges.

Supurb view. Car space and lift good for a person with a disability - lots of room and level access. Appreciated the washing machine and dishwasher worked.

Everything was dirty - soft furnishings, kitchen utensils - despite there being a dishwasher. Exhaust fan in bathroom did not work, none of the remote controls worked despite replacing batteries. The place needs a bit of love and a spring clean.

View, size, most kitchen appliances and equipment

Advertised as higher end, i thought it would plugs to use bath, no coffee/ tea, sugar to make a cuppa. I did expect foxtel as well for the price.

Proximity to the beach, front balcony overlooking the beach

Some parts of the unit were not clean. Old dirty mats thrown in the corner of the balcony. Dead pot plant on balcony. Balcony floor dirty and unwashed. Coffee cups with brown stains, other crockery not clean. We paid $260 for cleaning fee. this is unacceptable considering the state of the unit.

Great location & spacious. Secure car parking

The glass toilet box ( bizarre). Very noisy road at front during day & currently building works next door that starts very very early. The decor ( sofas need replacing). Would be nice to have a few basics like soap in bathrooms.
