Unit 2 Coolum Terraces

Cannot beat the location. Just two doors up from the Coolum Surf Club and all of the shops. It's an older apartment with a plenty of room for two people, a very wel stocked kitchen, very comfy beds, air con and heating, great WiFi, very good smart TV, free parking spot on site, washer/dryer. Very nice arrival packet and gift cards. We have twice stayed there. Big frige, good kitchen. Love that there's a toilet and shower on the ground floor, especially handy when returning from the beach. This is in addition to a full bathroom upstairs. Lots of amneities and beach accessories. The furniture on the the balcony is very comfy.

The only thing the flat needs is new furniture on in the downstairs. Part of the couch is worn down and the dining set is uncomfortable. That said, if you're out a lot or if it's a shorter stay you won't care. The downstairs lighting also could use an update.

No air conditioner available, no ceiling fans in half the house.

No aircon as was advertised . No locks on security doors.

The location was great. Barely a block back from the beach and close to restaurants and cafes

There was no air conditioning despite being advertised as having it. We stayed when there were 39 degree days so it was not ideal. There was also no free to air channels on the TV, only streaming services.
