The Penthouse Mooloolaba, Private Luxury Rooftop Living

Great Location, 5mins walk to everything 👌 Very Spacious with quiet neighbours and lots options of activities available if you wanna use them.

- The location was great! within walking distance to Main Street and all the shops and beaches. - The building was quiet and easy parking. Although we didn’t use the car much as we didn’t have the need to as everything was so close. - The apartment was very clean, comfortable and plenty of room for the three of us. - It had everything we needed, the host even organised a high chair, cot and toys for our son for our stay. - Each bedroom and living has celling fans which made it very comfortable when it got a bit hot. We didn’t need to use the air conditioner. - Plenty of storage - If you have older children or a kid at heart there was also plenty of entertainment with 2 tvs and protector. There were also game consoles to use. - The roof top was great to just lounge around in the sun or have a few drinks and nibbles for the afternoon. - The host also gave recommendations on places to go for drinks, food and entertainment.

The rooftop area was really cool we played some lawn bowls up there and had a few drinks it was great fun really good little spot. Izaac was very helpful and responsive. It was walking distance to everything we needed will definitely stay again.

Only thing was the toilet seat was broken but told the Host and he was going to get it fixed.

Location was good and the host was helpful and apologetic. We had a few issues but the host was addressing them on Checkout. Nice stay but not what we expected.

The unit was clean, spacious with every modern device you could think of in every room. The communication before, during & after with the host was exceptional. The location was great and the rooftop was Amazing!!!!! Everything was perfect. Thankyou Izzak.

The property was exceptionally clean & tidy on arrival. The host was lovely, helpful, friendly and answered any questions we had prior to and during our stay. There was a homely feel throughout the apartment and the beds were extremely comfortable. The location was great, close to amazing restaurants and the beach but still tucked away a few streets back from the busy traffic usually experienced closer along the esplanade. Our stay in the apartment was quiet, peaceful and the private rooftop was perfect for the afternoon beer & view of the sunset over Mooloolaba. Parking was a breeze with private parking accessible and any extra guests had no troubles with getting a park on the street. Would definitely stay again and recommend to any of our friends.

Property had an unbearable smell. After consultation with the owner we were advised that mould had been treated in the last week. We advised that due to my husbands terminal illness the property was not suitable. No compensation was offered.
