"Okay , do not expect too much"

Its spacious apartment , many storage places. Location is good there were restaurants, bars, supermarket , shops in walking distance . From the apartment to tram station is only 5 mins . It’s quiet.

It’s a bit old. The sofa was broken & they amended. Beds were too soft to sleep . Staffs responds were not accurate . Arrival: They requested us to text or call them when we arrived the airport or at least one hour before we check in if after 10am , we arrived 11:30 am but we made many calls & texted them, there was no reply, they finally reply, but not one hour before . Supply : They only supply 3 of everything , no matter how long you stay. We were staying 8 nights, so you need to buy garage bags ( at least 30 pcs) ,tissues, dishwashing detergent….which something you may not able to finish with one week & need to throw or take back to your country . One of their staff tried to help, but the other was not. I think it’s ok if you choose to stay 3-5 nights, or longer stay. Also they do not offer luggages storage. When we asked in the morning, they replied one hour after we checked out. We choose to stay there because the good comments, but it’s a bit disappointed.

"Great stay, definitely be back"

Fantastic location, very handy to city. Good amenities and nice and quiet. Views are incredible. Super host, was very helpful, flexible and accommodating.

A little more dated than expected. Second bedroom only had 1 lamp making it less welcoming. Bathroom and overall paint and carpet need a refresh. Cleanliness was great overall but vents in both bathrooms were very dirty.

Susie and Tony were very nice to deal with. The apartment was very clean and had a fantastic view. The location was quiet and very close to transport and shops. We felt safe at all times.

"Easy place to stay, close to free tram"

Location was great on the free tram route, nice view, fittings and furnishings excellent, nice and quiet in the building, easy to get hold of staff.

A change of sheets and towels being offered for an 11 day stay without having to request them
