The Hamptons -Coastal Luxe Dual Suite - 2 Bed 2 Bath, Rooftop Pool & Free Parking

The hosts Kevin and Serena could not have been more welcoming and obliging. Their apartment is an oasis in Dickson, with all modern conveniences and tasteful furnishings. There are functional common areas and well spaced, private bedrooms with practical amenities. Frankly, they have thought of everything. Highly recommended.

Our accommodation was a perfect experience. Our hosts were very attentive and provided clear directions on accessing parking and entrance to the apartment. The apartment was exceptionally clean, the beds were comfortable and the location was central to all our needs.

well appointed apartment with some nice touches eg; generous breakfast items plus other condiments and accessories. Phone charger by the bedside (although there were 2, they needed usb plug in and only available on one side of the bed - no issue for us).

1. instead of the agreed cot/crib being set up there was a single fold out bed set up on arrival and we had to arrange to have someone come and pack it away, while we brought our own porta cot and used that (owners did advise there was a cot in in the wardrobe). 2. I could not find the nominated apartment car space (maybe I'm blind?! - just packed in visitor spots which were plentiful and close to the entrance anyway.

Best hosts ever! Serena and Kevin responded so quickly to every query, were willing to accommodate any need and checked to make sure we had all we needed. They were so friendly. Went above and beyond. The apartment was of very good standard, simply but tastefully decorated, beds very comfortable, showers good and kitchen very well furnished and appointed with lots of kitchen basics on offer, including sauces, milk in the fridge upon arrival, condiments....Heating cooling options worked well and the apartment was well insulated both for temperature and noise. Wifi and smart TV worked just fine. The washer-drier came in handy and worked well . It was winter when we stayed there so no need to use the rooftop pool area but we checked it out and I expect it would be great to have in the hot season. Same for the BBQ available on our little private balcony.

Construction works were happening across the street during our stay, starting about 7am but the good sound insulation of the apartment minimised the noise to a great extent. This won't last forever anyhow. The underground car parking spot is quite small, took a lot of maneuvering to get our Toyota Kluger rental in there, but we did in the end. And there are other parking options right nearby possible if needed. Apartment is not huge but is plenty and very comfortable for a holiday stay.
