The location was superb as it was in the city so very close to everything. The room was big and clean. It was a very pleasant stay.

The blinds were a bit see through from outside as there were three separated blinds that caused people to be able to see in between the spaces, but it wasn’t a big problem.

"Good value for money, perfect location"

Easy to access, great location.

The bathroom was dated. The toilet was leaking, which did get fixed promptly while we were there. New silicone desperately needed around the spa bath.

"Poor communication and customer service"

Location

Poor communication trying to check in, email that was sent did not work. Tried calling the only number listed for over half an hour before finally getting a response from someone who sounded annoyed to have to do work. Stayed one night for work and have requested a tax invoice on multiple occasions and received no response.
