Key collection and outside of apartment needs tidying up maybe some pot plants and a repaint door was very hard to unlock but inside of apartment was excellent i guess fiirst impressions from outside made you apprehensive but inside great

The list is LONG! Extremely rude unhelpful staff; poorly advertised as 3 beds when it's a double bed and trundle with no extra bedding (we said we had 3 adults and booked for 3 separate beds); fan controller didn't work and we were told 'tough'. Paltry bedding supplied after we complained that there was only 2 beds. One of the adults had to sleep on a couch (not a sofa bed). Parking is a tiny old garage that won't fit a 4WD. Expensive and poorly represented for what it was. Beware!

Location, really comfortable and clean,

I did not get to stay there as the email with details was sent to the incorrect address. The address given 26 River Espanarde had no units. I had no way to contact anyone and had to book and pay for another unit. I travelled with my 93 year old mother to attend a memorial service. Very unhappy and extremely disapointed. I would never recommend to anyone. I would appreciate the return of my mothers money. Janet Newlands 0427931927

Location, apartment setup

Car Parking, no parking for mid cars can take long time to find parking or have to pay for parking even know they say free parking

Location was ideal, clean facilities

Range hood doesn’t work and no lift even when stated.. with a very small baby this made it very difficult every time we wanted to to leave.

It was comfortable, neat, tidy and close to everything. I especially love the outdoor courtyard and would have loved to spend more time there.
