"You get what you pay for"

Definitely get what you pay for. The view of the ocean is great. Easy parking on the street

Entire apartment was damp with no ventilation, to the point where furniture and bed felt wet to sleep in. Main bedroom smelt of old cigarette smoke, other bedroom smelt too. Mould on the back of the furniture and rust around all windows and doors. Very minimal linen which was advised - would take your own pillows as they were very old and thin. No wifi available (noted) with very minimal mobile service, even with Telstra. One roll of toilet paper provided for a 4 night stay for 3 people.
