Top Of The Quays

Amazing apartment in an excellent location. Within walking distance to main shopping street, RSL, Bowls club and supermarkets. Apartment is quite generous in size with a large balcony and great views. Main bedroom is large with a huge walk in robe and ample room for clothes etc. And ensuite with spa bath which again is large and comfortable. Other two bedrooms are on the other side of the apartment away from main bedroom. They have their own shower and toilet. Views from every window in living area / kitchen and main room. Also comes with a lockable double garage. Kitchen is extremely well furnished with absolutely nothing missed. Very comfortable apartment in an excellent location.

We had a perfect stay! The apartment is immaculate, stylish and large. All of the bedding was super comfortable and new. The kitchen was fully equipped with a great BBQ also. We loved the views from the apartment and the great location, walking distance to many highlights which meant we left our car in the secure garage for most of our stay. Quiet block, very secure. Easy to book & access with hosts available during our stay for any assistance required. Could not recommend more highly!

The weather.

Great location for events based in Merimbula proper. Easy walking distance to clubs, pubs, shops, ... Very large apartment suitable for parties of up to six people. Very well equipped and maintained. Fantastic outlook over the water. Secure garage parking for two vehicles was very welcomed.

Only one or two things that might become annoying if staying here more than a week. Otherwise, everything was great.
