Location and size of living space. Welcomed with delicious Portuguese tarts.

Bed was on the small side. A/C a little weak on a very hot day. The addition of a plug in fan would be beneficial.

"Not very enjoyable stay, this place needs some TLC."

Bed was comfortable

Fridge didn’t work well, leaked. It stopped working then had to be turned off and on to work again, this kept happening over our stay. Pots and pans where in terrible condition to a point dangerous to cook with. The handles so dangerously loose and some just missing. Crockery was cracked and chipped. The air conditioner once turned on did very little to cool the place down. One of the blinds was broken and could not be pulled up.

"Very comfortable stay close to Margaret River and wineries."

Very well-equipped and comfortable studio. About 15 mins drive from Margaret River and Gracetown beach. Lots of wineries on the doorstep. Shower was great! Well-equipped kitchen. Appreciated the espresso machine (with pods supplied) and range of teas: other places we stayed only supplied instant coffee and standard teabags.

Wifi was a bit flaky. Web pages slow to load; forget streaming or video calls.

Privacy. We were wishing for a quiet break away from the city and our many medical appointments at this time. Del Mar was perfect for us.

"Spacious studio with amenities - highly recommended"

Had everything I needed for a short, relaxing time away. Highlights: - an off-street parking spot - washing machine - spacious for a studio! - responsive and accommodating host - short drive to the Cowaramup town centre, approximately 15 minutes from Margaret River town centre, and approximately 30 minutes from Busselton and multiple caves located south Overall, would recommend staying here if you are exploring the region!

The studio was very nice, but could use a tune up/improvements to increase the comfort levels! - clean up spider webs around the studio - fan in bathroom was not effective - new one needed? - the pipes/shower made a loud squealing noise when turned to a certain temperature/pressure - address mould that is building in the bathroom - visible stains on the blanket provided on the bed - washing machine could use a sanitation cycle and wipe down of rubber parts as there was build up
