I loved the location, the place is beautiful. The heated floor is the best. The views, the bed and blankets were warm and soft, nice shower, good pressure. Plenty of space.

Only some improvements for the future, a TV could be nice to watch Christmas movies, internet connection as my phone didn't have reception for 3 days.

the bed was not comfortable with a Donna that was not breathable. We are also not sure how that Donna cover was washed . for the price we would expect tea and coffee to be provided .. this is standard in every hotel we have ever stayed in . the coffee table was also dirty with fingerprints

Location is great, room very tidy.

Up there for business and add said WiFi available, when messaged the property contact no response so was abit annoying when trying to work. No TV either. Room wasn't warm until the second day after the floor heating started to warm up the area. No spare heater if your cold

lacking basic facilities compared to any other comparable stay

We arrived to find it had been double booked so we didn’t stay there. We were offered another larger property but no beds were made up. We had to work out which linen fitted which bed. Was not the end of the world but a bit disappointing.

No internet, and no TV or Radio as compensation. Very basic & very over-priced.

Amazing heated floor. Great with cold wet toes from the snow. Large double glazed windows. Great water pressure in the shower. Lovely and clean.

No TV. No tea or coffee. Otherwise fantastic. Extremely clean.

Location and cleanliness excellent. Very quiet and parking easy. Key access very straightforward. A wonderful place for two people to stay in Dinner Plain.

A coffee maker, clothes drying rack, TV, wifi and better window blinds would be great! The shower fan needs fixing to prevent loud vibration that is quite annoying.
