Bluewater Apartments

Location

Second bedroom has a plantation shutter for the wall and door. This meant that someone in the second bedroom could hear everything from the kitchen and lounge room plus see lights when on in those areas

Love the location and parking available. Comfy bed. Walking distance to nearby shops, the attraction - Kiama Blowhouse. Nearby there's one huge Woolworths about 7 min drive. Interior look the same as shared. Will recommend friends to choose here.

There's no cloth hanger in one of the room, and another room only 2 pcs which is insufficient.. Body & head shampoo only provide 1 small bottle for 4 of us for 2 nights which is too little. The cooking pan are rusted which feel unsafe to use it for cooking. Other than this, everything is good.

Nice apartment, good location.

Communication with the manger was abysmal. I rang twice with issues and eventually received a text message. It seems that was their preferred method of contact. The issue we were contacting them about was that the tv remote wouldn’t work and that the streaming channels that were advertised were unavailable. They sent instructions for the remote by text, but we still couldn’t get it to work. Later that day we discovered that the heating was not working. We didn’t receive an answer to that problem until the next day, after we contacted them to see why they had not answered. At 5:30 on day 2 of 3 we were advised that we could be swapped to a different unit. By this time, we’d had enough and had decided to leave the next morning. We paid them the courtesy of texting to advise that we had vacated the apartment by 9:30am. A very disappointing experience.

Great stay for family with kids

The location was excellent, it was a short walk into town, the beach, the park, the blowhole and lighthouse.

There is a bright light out the front of the main bedroom which shines onto the window which made it very light in the room, it was difficult to tell if it was day or night.

Check out instructions are a little much. No big deal just having to put pillows back exactly where they were felt a little much is all as we didnt see we had to do this before leaving.
