Bluewater Apartments

The view was lovely. The apartment was well appointed and comfortable. Beds were comfy too. Great location close to pubs, restaurants, shops etc. Really nice apartment, secure parking.

Really did not like the fact that we had NO internet the whole time we were there and calls for help from the agent went unanswered. We had a password but no idea what network to join and we guessed a few different ones, but none worked. Terrible service from the team that say "Call us if there's anything we can do to help" then DON'T! ALSO ... there were five dining chairs and three of them were broken and dangerous to sit on. Very shoddy.

Great location. Luxury items such as Sheridan towels and soft sheets. Pots and pans and knives high quality. Balcony with a view.

Mattress was a little lumpy.

Cleanliness Decor like the rugs needs to be replaced Spiders Grime in the kitchen and bathroom The photos do not reflect the actual condition of the apartment (we stayed in a 3br, unit 6). The apartment was pretty run down, knocked about and generally felt grimy. The linen was clean and the beds were good enough for a few nights. I made a complaint about the cleanliness of the apartment when I arrived. I got a 'thanks, we will pass on your feedback' blowoff and never heard anything more. There were spiders and a dead spider in the ceiling corners, mould in the bathroom sink, brown grime in the kitchen sink, chairs and tables still had food residue from previous guests and the rugs were filthy. The place needs a proper clean, not just a linen change between guests. Pretty disappointing because it should have been really lovely.

No internet eventhough password was provided. This needs to be looked at as it is quiite disappointing not to have but was advetised. Two of the dining chairs were wobly and unsafe to sit on.

The location is very central and close to restaurants and shops. Parking is easy and the apartment is well equipped and comfortable.
