The location was perfect. Right next to conference centre, and shops, above restaurants.

Our bed needed the bedding to be a bit bigger as it was edge to edge so when two of us were in the bed we didn’t have enough covers. Also extra pillows would be good as there was only one each.

"Great views"

It's actually in the star residences soceasy to get to casino. Facilities, good spot for everything, great ocean view.

Difficult instructions to collect keys and then drop them off. Only free parking for one car, then 2nd car cost $60 per night. One of the windows was shattered completely and odd pieces of glass were on the balcony, should have been replaced however was hidden behind a blind.

The room was nice that’s about it

Collecting the keys from the opposite side of the highway was the biggest pain in the ass ever. I asked for a extra car park which I never got a response and had to pay $110 to park at the casino. Towels were bad quality. Couldn’t even get a top sheet on the bed and there were no extra blankets. I can’t stress enough how hard the car park was to find as well which little to no direction in the emails !!!
