The self-contained unit had everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable & a great size for 4 people. The balcony & view were lovely. We enjoyed the under cover pool & spa. The private free parking spot was great. The casino, restaurants & entertainment were a bonus

The lifts were a night mare. We waited 20 minutes on departure day. Then, we could only fit 1 of us in. It took me 5+ plus minutes in the lift to get to my carpark level. One of the lifts wasn't working during our stay There is a high pitch noise that comes & goes

Apartment was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Great location and the views were unbeatable. Yang provided the best communication about the apartment, key collection and parking. The pool, spa, gym and sauna are a great size

There is a high pitch noise that runs throughout the apartment when someone on the level uses hot water. The noise comes and goes, it didnt bother us too much because it is mainly during the day and not once did we hear it during the night.

Location and very nice, clean room

Did not like how difficult & confusing it was to get the keys, then more confusion to find the front door, (it was in the Dorset RESIDENCES section of the Star complex) and also, how confusing it was to park. As we left after 2 nights in the allocated parking space, the charge was $100, but the very patient person on the buzz phone line explained the need for registration of the car park at the Star, etc, (which we did not do) and he waived the bill and let us out without any bother.
