This was a fantastic place to stay after our Great South West Walk. It has a washer and dryer, which was just what we needed and a great kitchen and lounge. Bonus to have the balcony to watch the whales out in the bay and see the sunrise in the morning. So convenient to everything you need in Portland. Great accommodation and great place to visit.

Communication. Didn't receive any welcome or thanks for staying at the property. No information was given. I had to call and find out if our request for early check in and out was approved the evening before our stay after sending 2 messages the day of booking and morning before our stay..Had to find out how to pay at the property which I was told direct debit had been attempted and failed. This is my security feature I need to notify my bank of new transactions otherwise it will be declined.. The apartment is ok but there was dust inside and the outside table and chairs had dust.

Had everything, fully equipped kitchen, appliances and furnishings.

Could have been a spare blanket or two in the bedroom.

Comfortable - views was great

Hot water only works for a period of time. if this is used during the day, you would have cold showers at night. being winter is definitely a problem, They need to get the hot water of the timer so it could become a comfortable to be there during winter
