Pinnacle on the Park

Location. The size of the apartment was great. Happy with apartment and will most likely stay here again.

The beds are low to the ground, which was hard for my elderly father. Lounges and chairs need a good clean. Outdoor chairs and table weathered.

Location was great, there was more kitchen utensils then i expected, having the dishwasher, washing machine and dryer was awesome. Balcony and views were great.

The apartment had not cleaned previous to our stay, floors were full of hair, dust and fluff, there was hair and fluff in the bathroom basin. We had 2 toilet rolls for a family for 5 day stay. I couldn't work out the ducted air con for the rooms, it was on but in the mornings we were awake before 6am with the heat coming through the blinds sweating in bed and the refuse chute and bin wqs not emptied often enough, it absolutely stank in the underground carpark because of it.

There was a very bad smell we had to live through, throughout our stay - sewer smell

Location

Terrace common area things are broken and could do with some repairs and clean up. We found rubbish and dirt under our couches but staff immediately sent up cleaners to rectify. The laundry area had built up dust on the hot water cylinder and the washing machine and dryer could do with a deep clean as well as the couches. My kids used sheets to cover them just to sit on and that says alot when the kids notice. Maybe add a compendium in the unit for guests outside of GC to include room details, how to operate intercom (we only had one key), where things are located, facilities within the building etc..Location is great and served its purpose for our stay but could really do with some love and care. The room was spacious and good location.

The facilities were below par with rooftop deck unusable and dirty. The room had not cleaned properly with visible dirt and dust under the beds and couches.
