Everything about the property was lovely

We had no communication from the host immediately prior to arrival, contact emails and phone number links not working, emails not responded to, meant we couldn’t confirm the check in time - we had requested earlier and we couldn’t get in and out of the pedestrian gates as the online information booklet was not accessible-so couldn’t find out the code
