The apartment is in the centre of Hobart, walking distance to the wharf, Salamanca and battery point. Great restaurants and cafes are close by. The apartment is roomy and well appointed. The car park is not on the premises but is close by.

There is nothing to dislike about this property.

"Jo was lovely to deal with - very responsive and kind!"

Location + design of the property was excellent. The window panes need a good clean, but all the major/ important part of the apartment were well maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is well resourced.

Not specifically to do with the accommodation but the parking is very tight!

Location

The darkness, due to the installed louvres in the living room and kitchen. Really lacked natural light. There were many dusty areas and hand prints on the black doors anddark surfaces

Location is excellent - central to everything

There was no microwave (not a deal breaker, but would have been useful) The lighting is a bit dark - it's a beautiful moody vibe, but not a lot of natural light. You can obviously see this in the photo's, but we expected to be able to open the blinds and let more light in.

Super spacious ‘New York loft’ feel, unbeatable location, loved the dinnerware design!

Nothing really - if I’m being picky the couch a little uncomfortable and the lockbox wasn’t easy to open - but a fabulous place!
