"Good apartment, terrible checkin experience."

Good location, close to shops and good restaurants. Clean and comfortable stay.

Difficult to make direct contact with host. Apartment handled by real estate agent who used separate customer service agent. Very difficult to arrange access had to collect and return keys offsite. Additional Property policies applied that weren’t stated at time of booking. Required digital copy of licence and credit card with no privacy or security statement.

"Do not book this unit"

Location

The unit bedrooms need some serious maintenance. The built-in wardrobe in the main bedroom was leaking and on our arrival we were welcomed by a stale stench as the carpets were drenched. opening the window and fan did not help. The bedrooms & bathrooms looked tired and needs attention not just a paint job. I called the booking reception to complain and was told there was no other accomodation available and someone would come around with air freshener. No one bothered to show up or even call we were left with accomodation that was overpriced and lacked general accomodation standards. We ended up having to stay moved the mattress to the Lounge to breathe easy with the balcony sliding door open through the nights. The balcony rail needs work it’s not safe. Overall I would never book or recommend this unit. Warning stay away.

"Fantastic place would highly recommend it."

The property was very clean and tidy. There wasn't a dish rack, so I bought one. A dishwasher would of been a great asset but we did the dishes by hand. Great location and fantastic views. Would highly recommend the property.

Clearer details on collection of the keys. A dishwasher would be a great asset. A bit tricky with toilet in bathroom with 4 adults.

"Just Avoid It!"

Location was good, view should have been good I guess?

This property was completely under construction when we arrived. We were not informed of this, false advertisement by booking.com (beware!) What should have been a stunning view was covered by scaffolding- as well as the rest of the entire building. The main bed was rock hard with a giant swordfish on the wall. The property feels overall tired and old. Could hugely do with an update and good clean.
