felt at home really comfy lounge chairs good fans and air con adequate kitchenware comfy bed and pillows

floors had not been cleaned well prior to our arrival kitchen knives really blunt.

Near to flight path so a bit noisy but also near to foreshore which is great for walking , riding , bird watching and sunsets

The property had a strong smell of cleaning products when we arrived and it took a couple of days to resolve

Good facilities, large villa with fans and AC. happily return. close to a very good walking and cycling trail.

the pavers are quite worn and hard on bare feet when heading to the pool so thongs or shoes are necessary.
