Adelphi Apartments 3 or 3A - Downstairs 2 Bedroom or Upstairs King Studio with Balcony

Nice spot by the river, central to attractions, easy to find, very cool and comfortable. Nice pool to cool off in. Helpful staff even checked what configuration we wanted the beds. They had everything we could need. Couldn’t ask for more.

The location of the apartment is ideal... it's pretty & peaceful looking on to the Campaspe River & listening to the birds, yet just around the corner is the strip of shops, cafes, & pubs. It's a quick and easy walk to the docks to go on the paddle steamer. The apartment itself is very comfortable, and the shared pool and grounds are well-maintained. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions, and were lovely to deal with.

Echuca tap water had a musty smell, however bottled water was supplied so wasn’t an issue.

The pool was quiet

The pub was loud

This is a superb studio apartment. We've found our base for our next visit to Echuca!

Beautiful property,Marg was wonderful to deal with, everything you need on arrival including cold waters in fridge,tea,coffee,Milk,no need to run out to the store right away,no need to pack shampoo,conditioner, shower gel,shaving cream and moisturiser it’s all provided and more than enough for your stay ,which is a really a nice touch and much appreciated,excellent location and close to everything, the property inside and out is very clean, we would 100% stay again
