The view, proximity to beach

The location listed on Booking.com was misleading, leading us to believe we had booked a property in one area when it was actually in a completely different location. On Booking.com, any interaction with the location details indicated the property was north of Coolum town center, near Stumers Creek. Naturally, we headed there, only to be confused when entering the actual address, which was south of that area. Additionally, obtaining property access details from Prestige Properties was not straightforward. Numerous texts and emails indicated I had to give my personal email to receive access info, which was quite unusual I thought, so I called to check if they were legit. I then had to call again the day before our booking (as no access info was sent)to request the information, and even then, the text message they sent did not include the unit number. This required another call upon arriving at the property to clarify. While our initial experience with the booking process was frustrating, the stay itself turned out to be fine.

Excellent location, wonderful views of ocean. TVs x 3 all excellent. Double bed in back bedroom very comfortable. Good selection of kitchen appliances and utensils. Lots of space and clean.

There was no air-conditioning in living area. Main bedroom bed needs replacement- soft and saggy. Would have liked BBQ on upstairs deck. Main bedroom very bright in mornings - perhaps block out curtain would be good addition

Location of property was excellent.

Property managers (booking firm) was very difficult to deal with, wanted COVID questions answered (yes still) and insisted on a photocopy of our credit card be sent. We refused to send a copy of a credit card over the net, so they insisted we drive all the way to Noosa to pick up keys, extra 40 minutes drive. Took a hefty upfront fee, half the total 5 nights stay and charged us $200 for pet, when paperwork at the property said $80 for pet.

The parking garage was absolutely ridiculous. we hadto park in the visitor parking area

very unhappy with the location. was advertised as sunrise beach with location on the map also showing sunrise beach. actual location was Coolum 20 mins away from where we wanted to stay.

Was a little confused as I thought I had booked an apartment in Noosa (we had never been to Noosa), the address came back as Sunrise Beach which I thought may have been a beach in Noosa, so no big deal, but when we arrived & keyed the address into the GPS it took us to Coolum Beach which is around 30klms from Noosa..... but as it turned out after a day trip to Noosa the following day we felt that we preferred the Coolum Beach area much better. Fabulous ocean views - watching whales everyday. Lock up garage was a nice surprise. 10 min walk into Coolum Beach itself was nice along the boardwalk. Good selection of 'fast food' Maccas, Dominos & Subway as well as cafes, ice cream shops. Coolum pub had lovely food as did the surf club. The apartment was well appointed, had all the appliances you would need. It's over 3 levels, so living area up a flight of stairs from the garage, then the bedrooms up another flight of stairs & if you wanted to go up another flight of stairs there was a fabulous top deck where you could sun bake or just veg out & take in the views.

Bed was a bit soft for us. Driveway was quite steep so was nice to be able to drive into the garage.
