"Great Location, spacious for a weeks stay with a baby"

Location: right next to the train station so easy to get to places like the city, close to good dining areas and shopping. Came with parking included. Really good operating apartment with functional kitchen, and amenities. Also washer and dryer. They had a high chair and porter cot for our baby

the room we stayed in didn't have the best view but not the end of the world. The main bed we had felt a bit small and uncomfortable. Didn't feel sturdy when sleeping on it. The bathroom may need a deep clean in some cracks and corners but other then that pretty clean place to stay

"Wasted holiday time with a lethal bed"

Fantastic Location close to SY station. Great building with friendly residents and guests - 30th floor facilities excellent

Broken cupboard door, broken toilet seat and highly dangerous broken bed started it and the fact it was patched up not replaced was a major problem. With no staff on site this caused a significant waste of our vacation time. No offer of compensation or apology instead a handyman that did a quick fix at 9pm on evening of 23rd. The bed was not fit for purpose before we arrived as a leg (foot) was missing.
