The Wave Oasis SC B&B

David is a gracious and thoughtful host. Every detail has been considered. The high quality linen was a welcome little bit of luxury and lovely to sleep in and the quality appliances meant that everything worked. The space was clean and welcoming. There are lots of powerponts for charging devices etc. There is a lttle private outside sitting area as well as an area near the massive vegie garden and beautiful chooks. There is a secret passage through a hedge where you can walk to town along the river. The bed was super comfy.

There is just one bin for everything. We discussed providing a small caddy in the rooms for organic waste and David is considering this. It would also be good to have a small box for recycling.

The host is exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Wow, what an exceptional place to stay. Hats off to our host David. He was very accommodating, knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was as described or better. The room was a huge self contained unit, the bed was so comfortable with a huge spa in the bathroom.

The gravel driveway wasnt ideal, but thats not really relevant for my review. It wont stop me coming back

The view from our apartment, over the lake, was wonderful. All facilities were of a high standard, including the provision of excellent cooking equipment. Host, David, is very helpful and there was nothing that we were wanting which was not provided.

I can think of nothing that was wanting.

Our host met us at the door. He was really kind and helpful with tips to learn more about Mallacoota. You could tell he loves living there and wants to share that joy with others. He replied super fast when we asked for some suggestions and overall you felt safe knowing he was one call away.

There were several spiders behind the couch (my husband found them); I'm pretty sure our host did not know they were there, because he really cares about making his guests comfortable. I will leave him a message.
