Super ausgestattet und sehr modern. Toll ist auch der dazugehörige Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage.

In der Nacht war es durch die stark befahrene Kreuzung leider sehr laut.

"Sehr gut, aber an einer verkehrsreichen Kreuzung"

Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Die Betreuung war auch sehr freundlich, hilfreich und unkompliziert. Die Lage ist gut, man ist mit dem Rad schnell am Naturschutzgebiet Rhein/Ach bzw. Hafen Hard mit Promenade und auch in ca. 20/25 Min. in Bregenz.

Leider liegt das Haus an einer sehr befahrenen Kreuzung (Durchfahrtstrasse zwischen D und CH). Die Fenster sind super schallisoliert, aber da es sehr warm war in der Wohnung, wollte man auch lüften und dann war es sehr laut. Es handelt sich eher um einen Wintergarten als um einen Balkon.

"Super! Alles funktioniert und ist behindertengerecht."

Behindertengerecht! Würde ich auch besser kennzeichnen = Lift = ebenerdige Dusche = Zugang zur Tiefgarage etc. Entfernung Bregenzer Ache = cool

Laut! Fenster aufmachen = nein. Entfernung zum Bodensee = schon weit = 1km

"Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt."

Es war wie versprochen alles in der Wohnung. Die Lage der Wohnung war für und optimal. Es war im Haus sehr ruhig. Alle waren sehr freundlich.

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.
