"Would book again."

Fully kitted out. View over botanic gardens and MCG area was beautiful from the balcony. MCG 12min walk. Tram stop right outside. 5 min walk to Flinders St Station.

Third bedroom only had a fold out couch. Both showers had rain shower heads, no lower level or hand held. The trains below are quite noisy at all times of the day and night. Road noise also.

Property was the perfect size for the 3 of us. We each had a room to ourselves which was perfect..

The trains going along Flinders Street are really noisy and the bed set up in the office was uncomfortable (not a real bed).

Location is close to sports area & CBD EZY instruction & communication. Clean well presented apartment

Struggle to operate the TV to open the foxtel it asked for a code that we didn’t have & someone has input silly profile names on it, but we didn’t have to much time for TV anyway just logged into my free to air apps. Train noise could be a negative but I’m use to it just white noise to me.

The location was absolutely perfect for our stay. We were over for a concert at Rod Laver Arena and the location could not have been more perfect for us. The views were amazing from the property that we were in.

"Excellent location for a compact apartment in the centre of Melbourne"

Location. A 2 minute walk from Fed Square and Flinders Street. Proximity to the CBD, art district and hosts of restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk. Tram rides through CBD to all sights are free. Connectivity. Tram, trains, buses or self drive, very convenient. Free parking is a big bonus. Accommodation: 3 rooms, neat and clean, functional, compact. With marvellous views of the Fed Square and MCG and Rod Laver Arena.

The train sounds. One quickly blanks them out.

"Not worth the money"

Excellent location and a good size.

Apartment needs some renovation. Was dirty. Obtaining the keys was nearly a mission impossible. Ridiculous task made hard. Contacted the owner as we could not find the padlock silly lockbox thing. Got no response. Much easier to have a lock code on the door. Very noisy to sleep.
