"the location was fantastic, the apartment was full of character just a shame that the bathroom let it down"

it had lots of character, was in a great location, with secure off road parking

the bathroom, it had water damage in the corner by the window the shower was awful the tiles were mouldy inside and around the outside, the ledge to the side of the shower had caved in and a piece of marble had been plonked on top

Location

The bedroom was hot. The only air conditioner was in the lounge room and where it was located the air did not flow into the bedroom.

"Disappointing. Asked Alison to attend to discuss misadvertising / faulty items - she refused."

Nothing good to say about the apartment except the location was good.

Broken door lock - unable to enter for nearly an hour. Misadvertised - no private outside space - no 'feature' garden - no BBQ - no garden view. Photos didn't match apartment. Broken, dirty items.
