景色もよくて広々広くて快適でした 必要なものはほぼ揃っていてたすかりました。 YouTubeなども見れて良かったです。 プールも広くて子供達も大喜びでした

チェックインの時は なかなか連絡が取れず困りました、、、

The cleaner was beautiful. The owner was rude & didn’t communicate well with guests.

Air conditioning vents in the room were disgusting . No service on AC for over 2 years husbands is a AC tech & pulled off all the AC vents. Full of dust & water dripping from cooler. Not acceptable & not great when one of your children has severe asthma.

"A bit disappointed"

Clean great view nice location

No soap no creamer no wash cloths. But mostly very poor communication. I tried for days to text and call no reply.

広くて長めが良くキッチンも使い勝手が良かった。

24時間対応フロントと書いてあるのに建物のゲートは開かず、チェックイン前の荷物があずげられなかった。チャットの対応が遅い。リビングに小さいアリがたくさん歩いていた。
