"Terrible value for money"

The kitchen was well equipped and it had a good laundry

The couch in the lounge room was very uncomfortable, the bedding was stained. The patio area was a huge disappointment, it was not clean , there were no comfortable chairs to sit on and the view was actually a derelict building. Simply awful!

Because I came by bus instead of driving, Ari picked me and my luggage up from the bus when I arrived and collected my luggage on checkout and delivered it to the bus.

Getting basically the same communication from both Bookings.com and Alpine Property Collective was annoying, especially as many seemed to be auto generated and didn't show any evidence of replies having been read. Very frustrating. Also, it wasn't initially apparent who Alpine Property Collective were - ie managing Lantern apartments

I liked the apartment and being in Thredbo, staff were really friendly. The views were beautiful, and the apartment is well designed, good use of space, and comfortable.

There are lots of stairs to navigate accessing the apartment which was fine for me but may not be fine for those with mobility issues, also the bath was higher than normal to get into to access the shower, which was fine for me but again won't work for an elderly person or someone with mobility issues.

The view is amazing. The kitchen has everything you need. We will be back.

There is no parking and no lift. Be prepared to carry luggage up/down flights of stairs. Car parking is one of the village parks but there is very limited car parking close by, also there are a lot of steps back up to the room, so be mindful of that.

The rooms view, location, cleanliness and staff were wonderful! A beautiful place to stay, we will definitely be back. They were extremely accommodating and the room had everything we needed and more.

All was amazing, nothing we didn't like.
