Very friendly host. Pleasant accomondation. Skibus just next to house.

Unfortunately a lot of drunk people on friday and saturday night very loud on the street.

Eva the owner is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is a short driving distance from most of the Stubai attractions, and a short waling distance from the Neustift town center which includes several shops and restaurants.

The location is great, the house is very well connected and Neustift seems to host a lot of activities. The inclusion of the Stubai Card is a must in this valley, it allows access to almost anything in the Stubai valley and was a dealbreaker for us. The host provides any kind of information about resources and activities in the valley upon arrival and even more upon request, which was awesome! All necessary amenities are present in the flat, and I really appreciate the request to recycle trash, which is then collected by the host. The host is a wonderful, responsive, and friendly lady.

The house is really close to the road and one should be careful when leaving and entering the property. The place has only a few windows so little natural light enters the accommodation, however, we were mostly sitting on the terrace so we did not mind.
