Sehr hochwertig renoviertes, altes Haus, bei der Ausstattung wurde an sehr vieles gedacht, super sauber, bequeme Betten und gute Infos per Mail vorab!

Pflegeprodukte in der Dusche wären super :) Treppe nach oben sind alte Steinstufen - das ist ein sehr schön erhaltener Originalteil des Hauses, vll aber nicht für jeden was (EG verfügbar).

Property was in a beautiful location very warm and had a lovely feel to it. Felt like a home away from home. Plenty of towels, lovely facilities, beds comfy!

We had extremely loud people check into the apartment above us. This was reported to the salt staff and they advised these people would be reminded about noise levels but it continued to be an issue with the guests banging slamming and dragging of furniture consistently almost every hour of the day and night go the rest of our trip - aside from just being incredibly irritating it actually kept waking our small children (actually woke them a handful of times across multiple nights during Christmas Eve especially between the hours of 11:30pm and 5am!!) I’m not so reassured that the salt staff actually spoke to them at all. When I contacted the staff on another occasion to report it further, they didn’t respond to me. I have also since sent them a message regarding a strange smell to the apartment which we couldn’t work out, assumed it was possibly a woody natural smell from the wooden ceilings or just being an older renovated building but on our last evening before checkout our children were looking under the sofa for any christmasy toys they may have dropped and my son discovered a mouldy baguette/ham sandwich under there!! We immediately notified the staff and have up until now still have had no response regarding this matter from them. It’s a shame as the start of our stay was going really pleasantly we thought it was so peaceful and homely, we were really enjoying it but the lack of decency from other guests and the lack of hygiene along with the staff ignoring messages is really what has spoiled the trip for us. Especially considering they charge an £80 cleaning fee and the apartment wasn’t even clean for us from the previous guests!!

Wir haben 2 Apartments gebucht und beide waren mit allem ausgestattet, sie waren sehr gemütlich und die alten Balken machen einen urigen Eindruck, uns haben sie sehr gefallen. Besonders gut fanden wir, dass jedes Paar sein eigenes Schlafzimmer hatte und dass das WC vom Bad getrennt ist.

Uns persönlich sind die Apartmenttüren zu schnell zu fest zu geschlagen bzw. sie bleiben auch nicht offen wenn man voll gepackt rein kommen möchte.

Fiz uma reserva pra um apartamento específico com 2 quartos com camas de casal , eles me deixaram a primeira noite em um quarto de solteiro com cama de beliche pra comemorar uma data especial de aniversário de casamento. Foi totalmente frustrante. Eles me transferiram na segunda noite pra um apartamento sem sofá na sala , tbm totalmente diferente do que aluguel apresentado nas fotos específicas do anúncio. Eles realmente conseguiram deixar minha viagem ser totalmente desagradável em relação a hospedagem.

Sehr schöne Apartment mitten in der Altstadt von Hallein. Die Mitarbeiter sind ausgesprochen freundlich und immer einfach per WhatsApp zu erreichen. Restaurants, Bäckereien und Frühstücksservice ist gleich um die Ecke. Wir haben zwei Apartments gebucht. Die Unterkunft ist für Familien mit vielen Kindern sehr gut geeignet. Sehr günstig.

In einem Apartment glaubten wir zu wissen, kalten Rauch zu riechen. Uns wurde sofort angeboten, das Apartment zu wechseln.
