Das Apartment ist geschmackvoll modern eingerichtet. Alles, was man benötigt, ist vorhanden, in der kleinen Küche stehen sogar Kaffee (Vollautomat für frischen Kaffee!), Tee, Gewürze, Essig und Öl zur Verfügung. Sogar vernünftige Weingläser sind vorhanden. Im Haus werden mehrere Gäste-Apartments angeboten - da es etwas hellhörig ist, kann das leider auch einmal anstrengend werden (laute Musik, Türenschlagen, Rauchverhalten trotz Rauchverbots).
