Appartement Kerschbaumer

Everything was perfect. Spacy, clean apartment. Kitchen, garage and dryer for the ski boots very well functional. Location is in-between Molltal gletscher and Heiligenblut Grossglockner areas. Both about 30min drive. It is at the end good that the apartment is not directly at Flattach (Molltal) area which is cca 12km from the appartment, because you are free to decide where you can drive and ski every day. You "are not fixed" only in one area. Of course these ski areas are not covered by 1 ski pass. You have to buy 1 day ski pass if you go every day different location. This may be not convenient for some people but to me flexibility is the benefit.

The only thing - not linked to the apartment - is that if the Wind "is strong " or weather they considered is bad in Molltal Gletscher, they close all the lifts in the upper area and you ski on small lifts for kids only and you still pay the full price. This is unbelievable and happened to us the first day. But this is life as it seems. Otherwise the skiing there is perfect. A lot of Snow and good Snow quality. And you can still decide in the morning and go to Heiligenblut area.

Very clean confortante, huge attention to the details. Great value for money. Everything you need both in summer and winter.

Apartment is like new, with all needed equipment!!! Really super cool! I totally recommend. Host was really friendly. Some good ski resorts in cca 25km radius...

Excellent location - trails nearby, breathtaking views, very quiet, a true gem...am making plans to return with my family. Thank you, Mr. Kerschbaumer, for your loving care that made my stay in Austria that special.
