"Overpriced and needing a makeover but adequate for a group"

Good location close to Jindabyne well heated plenty of equipment in kitchen and spacious bathroom and bedrooms. View was ok. Plenty of space for six adults

Very very overpriced. All floors squeak badly so walking anywhere wakes up everyone else. You can hear every movement in the house. Very dated maybe 1970s bathrooms and laundry. Property managers want full payment a month or so ahead plus requiring sending through all personal data inc license credit card etc online which I wasn’t comfortable with plus they took a $500 bond on our card. Overall this place is probably triple what it’s worth price wise for the age of the place and condition.

It’s a very cosy place with a beautiful view. Very conveniently located.

The wooden floors creak. 3 bedrooms upstairs with 1 toilet. Second toilet attached to the laundry downstairs. Not a big deal, just a tad inconvenient. The stairs are a bit steep
