Coconuts - 2 balconies and stroll to choice of 2 beaches

From the moment you walked in the front door, you could tell the owners have great taste and attention to detail. Everything was pristine and there were some lovely touches - fluffy white towels on the beds, great coffee machine and excellent crockery etc. There is a large balcony on each side of the house that catch the morning sun and stunning afternoon sunsets. The property is a few minutes from two fabulous beaches and Little Beach Boathouse which serves great food whilst you watch the cute dolphins swim by! Nelson Bay and all the big stores are a short drive plus loads of other restaurants to explore.

Only that it was very close to the beach The owner also was in the garage , which is directly under the apartment, constantly banging & using machinery early in the morning 😡 To reply from your comments , the pot plant was already used as an astray , which had sand in it & old butts ! Then the pantry had 3 yr old Vegemite , honey & oil not to mention the stale milk in fridge & a box full of coffee pods & teabags out of date . So therefore this does warrant a bad review 😡

I had to clean the toilet as soon as I got there., the appartment was very musty like the windows needed to be open., I had to spray the place every day because of the smell.

Excellent location near Little beach and Shoal Bay. Very peaceful and quiet street. The apartment was very clean and local amenities were easily accessible. The hosts were generous and accepted our request for a late check-out. Great experience overall.

Excellent location, so close to gorgeous beaches. Great private place, perfect for a family.
