we loved our stay here, the resort was larger than expected but everything was close and the facilities were beautiful and clean.

Front desk staff are very lovely and welcoming. The facilities are well kept. Great location, a stone throw from Coles, Cafe and other stores and a nice stroll to the beach. Not too far at all from the other beautiful beaches if you're wanting to go for a cruise.

Bed in MB was a bit hard (nothing major). Still thoroughly enjoyed our stay. People need to learn how to close their apartment doors without letting it slam🤦‍♀️ The sound echoed so loudly each time the door would slam close.

good spacious room, great little outside area, excellent front desk Naomi is FANTASTIC, very clean, was given a little later check out time

TV Foxtel didn't work. Naomi did her best to help, didn't work, parking is shit. The numbers in the parking station down stairs are VERY confusing, terrible, hard to find your spot, totally illogical, it's an older budding and it shows in places, a bit too expensive

We had a lovely short stay. The staff and facilities were excellent. To be able to step into the Spice Den on-site restaurant for dinner was very convenient and the food and service were excellent. We will be back. Thank you.

Ordering cocktails to the room! The spa bath was amazing! Pool side room was great, loved being able to just walk out and jump in the pool and the big spa. Only like 10m walk to dinner at spice den (my favourite restaurant!) love love loved our 2 night stay. Oh and yes it rained pretty well all weekend but it was so beautiful and relaxing to listen too, I love the calm sound of rain and being able to have our bifold doors wide open to listen to it and feel the cool breeze was absolutely heaven!

The bed wasn’t very comfortable, beautiful feeling clean soft sheets but the bed was a bit hard and felt a bit lopsided.

Easy location, good parking, plenty of street parking too. The property was well designed. Attention to detail was spot on. Loved the new branding, felt friendly and at home. The amenities were well thought out, washing machine, cooking utensils, dish washing liquid, microwave, fridge, iron board. The layout of the room was on the fun side. Very spacious. We had visitors and opened sabbath with worship, the perfect space for dinner together. SpiceDen an external on site is an excellent partnership the food was delicious. Staff were proactive helpful and the restaurant even brought the food upto the room. Overall experience beyond expectation. Thank you for your team’s work and attention to detail. It made our stay one to remember.

AC remote was not in the best location. I couldn’t find it at night, didn’t want to switch the Iight on. Rather loud to sleep with
