Penthouse at Imperial Surf

Awesome location, short walk to Cavill Avenue, amazing views, comfortable size

Not enough warm blankets- could do with 2 more in the room

I'd say that would be great if the owner could prepare more winter blankets, because it's on the top 41st floor and it's a bit chill in some early morning of windy days. anyway, still 10 of 10. all good.

location, veiw, size of apartment, facilities. all top notch.

cleanliness could be drastically improved, though it was bearable.

the view was ok

the elevators were under repair. only 1 working, security (English not there first language) would bring people up and down. we had to wait at least 15 to twenty minutes each time we used it, we were also given curfews by security informing us we could not leave 1 morning till after 11am and on other occasions that we had to be back in the evening before by 11pm, on the final day we waited 35-40 minutes for the elevator, which caused us undue stress going late to the airport, I also really appreciate one of the security guards texting me and informing me that they were busy and that I should have left earlier (not happy). we should have been informed of this prior to arrival and offered alternative accommodation or the option of, I would like a refund as this has totally spoiled my break and totally unnecessary. This was book through Booking.com and paid for at the property, which uses Accor reservations. I used Booking.com many times in the past with no problems this has tainted my experience. regards Duncan Clyde
