A Comfy Apt Only a 5-min Walk to Victoria Market

The location

We would not choose to stay at this property again. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet the expectations set by the marketing, which was both disappointing and  enormously frustrating. Only one member of our group was granted access to the floor with the facilities. We raised this issue with management, but our concerns were initially dismissed. Even after following up, it was not properly resolved. While the property has clear potential, it would require meaningful improvements to ensure guests have appropriate access. Overall, we were left with the impression that guest experience was not a priority and did not align with what was advertised. We hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to the necessary improvements.

Good location.

Apartment floor is carpeted and was covered in hair (I counted / took photos of more than 20 pieces of hair on the floor throughout the living and bedroom area). When I pulled the sheets down there was hair in the bed. There was also hair in the recesses of the dryer when I opened it. I asked for the apartment to be cleaned (vacuumed / sheets changed) which was attended to within a few hours after photos were sent. The place is overdue for a good deep clean, without which it has a run down motel feel.
