The location was beautiful (across from golf course and river. (Be aware train goes behind the unit but I liked the sound of the train). Very clean and comfortable with everything you need.

Slow internet - router needs to be moved.

Would stay again if the maintenance issues were addressed. Very cute little apartment. The furnishings were lovely and very homely and comfortable. Beautiful view across to the river.

The hot water system is either broken or very small. Water only stayed hot for a short period. Looked back at previous reviews afterwards and seems an ongoing issue which I am surprised by as this property is managed by a rental agency so really should be addressed. I also booked somewhere with WiFi so I could work but it was unavailable and there was poor coverage on mobile so I couldn't even hot spot.

The unit is in a small block not far from the golf course and there are some views thereof. There is some traffic noise mostly early morning and in the evening (peak times), but we expected that and it wasn't of concern. The train line runs behind the units and can be very noisy - especially in the middle of the night, but we expected that too and that didn't worry us. The unit has been refurbished with nice carpet, shutters, good TV, wifi and it is very nice. The double bed sags a bit in the middle but it's still okay.

The sheets on the double bed were putrid with body odour and sweat and obviously had not been changed since the last guests left. The spare toilet rolls were the commercial type used in shopping centres etc - very thin and slim with no perforation and a very small amount of paper. There was part of a hearing aid on the floor in the bathroom and if the floor had been swept the cleaner would have found it. There was make-up on the pillow slip. Overall, the place was quite filthy. I rang the agent and they sent a cleaner who made out she wasn't the original cleaner, but we found out she was. I also rang the agent and told the receptionist that we found the hearing aid part and I left it on the vanity basin when we left. She said she would get someone to ring me back that day. It never happened. After we departed, they rang us and asked if we had lost a hearing aid and we told them that we had already reported someone else having lost it. Later that day someone else from that office rang again and asked us the same question. Just a circus. I feel for the owner.

Bed was super comfy, view and patio were great

Unaware of train line being g so close and trains going through 3-4 times very late at night.
